By car: From Graz, take the A9 towards Slovenia, exit at Leibnitz, then follow the B67 towards Leibnitz/Wagna.
By train: Travel to Leibnitz train station. From there, take bus line 615 towards Wagna/Leitring and get off at the stop Mitterfeldweg — or simply take a taxi directly from the station.

How many guests can stay at “Das Wagnach”?

The spacious bungalow with 77 m² of living space is ideal for up to 4 adults. A cozy bedroom with a 2 × 2 m box-spring bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room provide ample sleeping arrangements.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Absolutely – Das Wagnach is equipped with high-speed internet, which is available to you free of charge.

Are towels and bed linen provided?

Yes, during your stay you will have plenty of high-quality towels and fresh bed linen.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in our lovingly and stylishly furnished holiday bungalow. Thank you for your understanding.

Is there a parking space for the car?

Yes, a convenient parking space in the carport right next to the bungalow is available, including an electric vehicle charging station.

How is the kitchen equipped?

The kitchen comes fully equipped with high-quality utensils and crockery for everyday use.

Is smoking allowed in the accommodation?

Smoking is not permitted in Das Wagnach. Thank you for respecting this rule.

How can I book “Das Wagnach”?

What are the cancellation policies?

We follow the 2006 General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) as of 15 November 2006. Detailed information can be found in our terms and conditions.

The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral
declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without be-
ing liable to pay a cancellation fee.

Outside the period specified in § 5.5., the Party may only rescind the Accommo-
dation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following
cancellation fees:
– 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival;
– 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival;
– 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival.

How can I pay?

When booking through our website, you will be guided step by step through the payment process. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.

How do I access the accommodation?

The key is stored in a secure code-protected key box. You will receive the exact access details one day before your arrival.

From what time is the holiday home available on the arrival day?

Das Wagnach is ready for you from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

By what time must the holiday home be vacated on the departure day?

We kindly ask that you leave the house by 10:00 AM to ensure a smooth turnover for the next guests.

Is a late check-out possible?

Please ask us! If the occupancy allows, you are welcome to stay longer for a late check-out fee.

Is an early check-in possible?

If availability allows, we can provide Das Wagnach before 3:00 PM on the arrival day for an early check-in fee.

Is there a contact person on-site?

During your stay, you can contact me personally. If I am not on-site, I am easily reachable via email or WhatsApp.

Where can I shop or eat nearby?

In Wagna, you will find everything for daily needs, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and doctors. For a larger selection of restaurants and shopping, the town of Leibnitz is just 2 km away.
